It's a packed 3-phase agenda over a 6 month period, where we'll follow in the footsteps of my agency AshdownJones.

In Phase 1 we'll start by creating a platform we can launch a world-class estate agency from. In Phase 2 we'll use my simple but unique strategy to get your first 3 clients and build your brand awareness. In Phase 3 we'll get to £100k and prepare the business for the future.

This exclusive and unique Programme is for independent Estate Agents in the UK that are in their first year of business, or looking for a change of direction.

Who is Phil Jones?

On April 3rd 2017 I began my entrepreneurial journey and opened AshdownJones Estate Agents in the Lake District.

I had zero estate agency experience, zero marketing skills, zero sales skills and zero business background. What I did have though was an enormous will to succeed for my family and I would do anything I needed to achieve. Those things others wouldn't.

Fast forward 3 years, we now sell the most homes over £500k in our area and make multi 6-figure profits.

But I couldn't have done it alone.

I had an industry leading coach on my side. I had 20 years of world-class marketing prowess on my team. I had a business partner with the skills and knowledge we needed on my side.

Without her, i'd have made a lot of different decisions. The wrong decisions. I'd have copied everyone else. Joined the race to the bottom. I'm happy to admit that the chances are, i'd be back in my 9-5.

It's hard out there. Work ethic is great, but it's not enough.
